Finding easy and affordable breakfast options beyond a bowl of cornflakes can be hard when you’re a student. So to help you out, I’ve come up with three easy-to-make recipes for the student on the go. I’m nice like that. 

Breakfast Burrito Ingredients

This is an easy recipe to cook at the weekend, and then freeze to eat later in the week. To re-heat wrap in a (microwave safe!) moist paper towel and cook on high in the microwave for 1 minute.

Mug Omelette Ingredients

Eggs x 2

Salsa

Cheese

Avocado

Microwaveable mug

This is a great recipe for someone on the go. If you’re in a rush to get out of the door you can throw this together and eat on the way into university.

Mug French Toast Ingredients 

Egg x 1

Cinnamon

Vanilla extract

Slice of bread

Butter

1/4 cup milk

Microwaveable mug

This recipe is one for those with a sweet tooth. It is easy to throw together quite quickly and, as with the mug omelette, you can eat on the way into university.
