Here at the University of Salford’s School of Arts and Media, we are incredibly proud of the work our students produce, and that’s never been more true than in light of recent, unprecedented circumstances.

We wanted to share their achievements as widely as possible so we created this online platform, WOO:  Windows of Opportunity – Connections/Introductions/Networks. It offers our students the opportunity to woo the creative industries, and the wider public, with their creativity and agility across a range of disciplines.

Across the School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology, our staff and students do amazing things.

We create great work.

We forge strong and creative partnerships with industry.

We develop the next generation of creatives.

Images, videos, the written word – explore more and find out what great stuff we’re producing all year round.

Working with Industry

We’re proud of our industry links, and over many years we’ve cultivated strong and productive relationships with organisations in Salford and beyond. This allows us to give our students real-world experience, and make an impact on our communities and the cultural and creative scenes.

Whether you’re looking to engage our students to work with your organisation; upskill your employees or enlist our creative help, we’d love to see how we could work together.
