Additional Information

Stroke patients have unique needs and expectations, with the right to choice, dignity and privacy at all times. Care and treatment will be of the highest possible standard and based on best practice, proven clinical effectiveness. It will be planned in partnership with patients and their carers and all professional members of the wider MDT.

Communication is vital to effective Rehabilitation and the team is committed to improving and sharing knowledge in the best interests of patients and their families.
