Shifts: 8:30am -17:00pm – Monday to Sunday
(Monday-Friday) however weekends are optional upon your request
If needed, you can organise evening or night shifts with the out of hour’s service.
Notes: You are required to work 37.5 hours a week.

Additional Information
This placement is with the Whitefield community nurses. You will visit patients within their own home, where you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to a high standard. You will work closely with your mentor and other community nurses to provide the best possible patient care
