Home visits to patients delivering 1 to 1 care and also to residential care home. The district nursing team deliver complex care

Wound care assesments, usage of wound care dressings, diabetic assessments, paliative care, venapuncture, tracheostomy care / assessment, urinary catheter assessment / care, iv therapy, pressure area care, injections, cvc line care

Peg feeding, equipment assessment and provision
