What nursing model is used for planning care?

We use a recovery model of assessment, intervention, review and if appropriate discharge planning. We have a 4 – 6 week pathway, however the young person can sometimes exceed this. . What research and practice development activities are being undertaken?

We have no formal research projects at present but always work on areas to improve our practice.
