What patient care situations are available in this placement?
A mixture of hospital assessments via A/E, Medical Assessment Unit or Home Assessments via GP and CMHT referals – and people taken on to the Home Based Treatment team as an alternative to hospital admission.

Psychosocial – needs related, Msh assessments, Short term intervention
