Shifts are:
Early 07:30 – 15:30
Day: 09:00 – 19:00
Late: 12:00 – 22:00
Night: 20:45 – 08:00
Four days per week.
Uniform necessary.
What patient care situations are available in this placement?
Assessments in A&E and MAU, Assessment of referrals from CMHT, EIT, Living Well, Referral & Assessment Hub and via Mental Health Act assessments.
Delivering psychosocial interventions, monitoring medication and assessing mental state and risk for patients on the community to avoid inpatient admission.
What nursing model is used for planning care?
Psychosocial – needs related, Msh assessments, Short term intervention
