Days: 9am until 5pm.

What patient care situations are available in this placement?
The school nursing team is split into 4 localities – Rochdale, Pennines, Middleton and Heywood. The team work in integrated teams with health visiting.
The complex caseload team are based in the Heywood locality and provide school nursing support to home families and young people who are home educated, excluded from mainstream school, Secondary special school and private schools.
The team delivers the healthy child programme 5-19 years with the aim of improving health outcomes for children and young people across the Rochdale borough. We work in partnership to provide early help support and packages of care that support the health needs of children and young people within our borough.
