Test for dry eyes, scrubbing up technique, conjunctual swabs, eye irrigation, epilation.

Additional Information
We provide ophthalmic care for Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and Tameside and Glossop patients. Opening days are Monday – Friday. Working hours vary in each area (please contact the department for your off duty prior to starting your placement). There is a dedicated study room with a well stocked ophthalmic library and access to the internet. The unit has Wi-Fi. We are split into 3 areas: Clinic, Ward and Theatre. All 3 areas work closely together to give the patient the best experience. As a student you will work in all 3 areas during your placement.
