About this placement
What is organised for students on commencement of placement?
Please report to reception on the ground floor on arrival, they will inform us that you have arrived and we will meet you and show you to the office. You will be given an overview of the service and be introduced to the team. We will then provide you will details of your timetable and you be allocated a mentor. You will also be given a student welcome pack.
What are the arrangements for mentors/assessors?
Your mentor will be Claire Evans/ Claire Mallon
What shift patterns are students allocated for learning?
Shift Notes:
Days: All shifts are 9-5 Monday- Friday
Notes: Please arrive for 9am on your first day of placement.
Dress: Smart/casual please

All assessments are carried out in the community at patient’s homes/ or in clinic settings
