Shift Notes:

These are variable depending on the specialist team you are with. There are no night shifts. Some work weekends. There is also one evening clinic per week.

COPD – Acute exacerbations of COPD, Monitoring stable COPDs, Chronic disease management, Home visits, Nurse led clinics, Assessing & monitoring patients on oxygen, Asthma – Acute exacerbation of asthma, TB – Clinics, home visits, Direct observation therapy, Paediatric nurse led clinics Lung Cancer – From assessment, Diagnosis, Breaking bad news, Palliative care Sarcardosis – Monitoring of condition in clinics Bronchiectasis – Monitoring at home / clinic Physiotherapy input Asbestosis – Monitoring / diagnosis of patients in clinic & at home Interstial – Chronic disease management / oxygen therapy.
