Mentors/Assessors receive student on rota basis. Also current work commitments taken into account and discussed prior to student start.

Home visits, Clinic visits, residential homes, planning meetings, spoke placement visits.

What nursing model is used for planning care?

Roper, Logan and Tierney.

Setting up of multidisciplinary team to work with drug users in drop in facility, encouraging clients to have confidence in the NHS.
