Amber Haque is a filmmaker and journalist who says she was inspired growing up by watching BBC Panorama Documentaries.

Amber graduated from The University of Salford’s Broadcast Journalism course in 2015 and since has produced a successful documentary about knife crime in Manchester including a highly-publicised case when a 17-year-old scholar at a private school was stabbed on the streets of Altrincham.

In this episode, Amber chats about the impact that events like The Asian Media Awards have had on the broadcasting landscape.
