EU Horizon 2020 Programme officially launched

Horizon 2020, the EU Research and Innovation programme with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020) launched its first calls on 11 December, detailing the Work Programmes and topics that will be open for submissions in 2014 and 2015.

You can also apply to join the database of independent experts for European research and innovation. The European Commission appoints independent experts to assist with research and innovation assignments including the evaluation of proposals, monitoring of projects, and evaluation of programmes, and design of policy.
