BA (Hons) Fashion Image Making and Styling

This is a progressive course on which students find and develop their voice, direction and personal aesthetic whilst also developing as employment ready creative practitioners ready to go out into industry as next level visual communicators.

This is a three-year journey of self discovery and development and teaches essential practical techniques and core subject knowledge that is grounded in contemporary discourse and critical thinking – covering ongoing and developing conversations around the leading narratives in gender, humanity, sustainability, race and diversity.

Through briefs and crits, students explore fashion image making and styling within the wider context of art and culture where fashion is viewed as a set of lifestyles, beliefs and affirmations.
