Monica’s expertise and insights are a coveted resource throughout the industry. She was selected to judge the WARC Media Awards this year, has spoken on several top stages including New Digital Age’s Roundtable, “Exploring the next generation of native advertising,” and on the “What’s next for addressability” panel for Pubmatic Envision. She has guest lectured with Hyper Island on their content creator course. She has also published thought leadership pieces in The Drum and Brandberries with her thoughts on customer tracking and data as it relates to personalization and the digital transformation, we endured in 2021.

Monica’s passion for education and up and coming talent means she’s had an ongoing relationship with the School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology at the University of Salford for many years now. And most recently Monica has taken on Chairmanship of the School’s new established Industry Advisory Board.
