For the last six years, the annual Create Student Awards has been the flagship end of year celebratory event for the University of Salford’s School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology. The ten prizes recognise and formally commend the incredible achievements and successes of final year and postgraduate students, plus our alumni.

The Presenters
Here at the Salford School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology, we pride ourselves on our unique partnerships and strong collaborative relationships with peers in the creative industries. We are delighted to have the support of many of these valued colleagues for this year’s ceremony, as they join us to present our nominees and reveal the winners across our ten award categories.
The Judges
The judging panel play an integral part in the production of Create Student Awards. Meeting annually, the group includes senior representatives from within the School, Student Union and invited industry guests. It is their substantial and varied experience in the University and cultural sectors that ensures a range of knowledge and expertise throughout the rigorous shortlisting process, choosing our finalists from the 92 nominations received.
