Hedgehogs are in trouble with there numbers decreasing by over a third since the millennium. Hedgehog Friendly Campus is a fantastic initiative that aims to help reverse this trend by making university campuses places where hedgehogs can thrive.
Here a Salford we are a Gold accredited Hedgehog Friendly Campus, working towards Platinum accreditation. We are in the process of completing a series of action aimed to encourage awareness of the problems hedgehogs face and to turn our own campus in to a safe and friendly environment for them to live.
